Oh, hey!

My name is Karen & I'm a Savannah elopement and intimate wedding photographer who captures some of the happiest moments of a couple's life. Pretty rad, huh?

I completely get that being in front of the lens isn't everyone's idea of a good time, but trust me when I say that this time, it will be different. It will be fun. And romantic. And silly. And playful. And so very, very you. I aim to capture real, intimate moments mixed with fun and playful ones, and I can guarantee that I am the best third wheel you'll ever ask for on your big day. If you want someone who can simultaneously capture the essence of your relationship while also making embarrassing puns, believe me — I am the right person for the job.

Not planning on getting hitched in Savannah? All good in the hood, friends — I travel! If you and your partner want me to capture your elopement or intimate wedding anywhere else in the universe, just know that I am Totally. Down. For That. Your wedding day is supposed to feel authentic to who you are as a couple, and honestly? I'm honored to tag along for the ride.

Whether you're planning a Savannah elopement or a wedding somewhere halfway around the world, go ahead drop me a line. I'd really, really love to meet you — and give you the raddest, most memorable pictures for your day that will give you the warm fuzzies every time you look back on them.

So, let's go for an adventure, shall we?

What if I'm not having a Savannah elopement, but still want to hire you for my big day?

Now you're speakin' my language. While you'll normally find me shooting down south, I'm a huge travel bug and am beyond stoked whenever I get the opportunity to shoot destination weddings.

Will all of my files be edited?

Absolutely. Every image that is delivered is a fully-edited, high resolution file to ensure a seamless, cohesive aesthetic. I do not give out RAW files (or unedited files), mainly due to the fact that the reason you're hiring me is for my unique editing style that can't be recreated on its own!

How long will it take to see my photos?

It depends on the season we're in (wedding season is a thing, and it's much like tax season for accountants, except way more fun). The typical turnaround time for an elopement or intimate wedding will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks due to the amount of images I edit — I normally guarantee upwards of 100 photos per hour.

How will we receive our images?

You will get all of your images in an online, password-protected gallery, where you will have the option to download your entire gallery.

What sets you apart from other photographers out there?

Great question. I take deep pride in the way I interact with my couples, and many of them tell me that taking photos was one of the highlights of their day. I will make you laugh, I will make you connect with your partner, and I will do anything - literally, anything - to get real, authentic emotion from you! You wont ever find me asking you to look wistfully off towards the sky or encouraging fake, forced laughter. When I say I have fun and connect with my couples on many levels, I mean it.

Why do you only shoot elopements or intimate weddings with 50 guests or less?

After shooting traditional weddings for nearly a decade, I realized that focusing more on my couples was what would bring me the most joy. Working a more pared-down affair allows me to connect deeper with each person — and with deeper connections come more meaningful images. Shooting things on a smaller scale is where my camera is happiest.

OK, you've sold us. How do we go about booking you?

Huzzah! You can simply go to the "Connect" page at the top of the screen, or shoot me an email at From there, we can chat all of the glorious details that you've been envisioning for your day. This is gonna be so. much. fun.
